Yitzchak receive special recognition from Judea and Samaria Division commander Brigadier General Lior Carmeli in a moving presentation attended by area brigade commanders.
One soldier was injured by the terrorist and Yitzchak also suffered a broken hand. The terrorist was neutralized by the local Hebron security coordinator. Yitzchak is the son of former Member of Knesset and Hebron resident Orit Struk. The attack occurred only two days after the stabbing of local Hebron gardener Genadi Kaufman z"l.
The Jewish Community of Hebron thanks this brave young man and the IDF and security officers in the Hebron area who protect the residents and the tens of thousands of tourists who visit every year.
